Adrinne Hicks

Adrinne Hicks is the founder of ARC Personal Care Home, where compassion, dignity, and a genuine commitment to helping others are at the heart of everything she does. Her passion for supportive housing grew from personal experience while helping her father through seven brain surgeries and witnessing firsthand the emotional and financial challenges families can face when searching for ongoing care and a stable place to call home.

Inspired by that journey, Adrinne created ARC — A Reason to Care — to provide seniors, veterans, and individuals seeking semi-independent living with a peaceful, welcoming, and affordable home environment. She has also completed a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program, strengthening the care-focused knowledge she brings to her work.

For Adrinne, ARC is about more than providing housing. It is about creating a supportive community where every resident is treated with respect, compassion, and a true sense of belonging.
